Homework, Study Groups, and Mid-Terms

This is how I am spending my Sunday! UGH!! Not a cloud in the sky, sunny, warm and the pool is blue!  The grandbabies are outside playing on the swing set and jungle gym. Playing and laughing. coming in and out of the door telling on each other. The love between brother and sister. They are such a joy to watch! The four legged grandbabies are outside too. One is chasing lizards in the bush by the pool and the other is lounging in the sun.

Homework is studying for the mid-term, study group is for mid-term and homework as well.  We are all working hard to better our lives and the lives of our children.  That is why we are giving up a beautiful Sunday fun day!  Good thing it's not football season! We would only be studying until the afternoon. It's hard to concentrate on this when I look outside at the kids playing.  Discipline is not a word in the vocabulary today.

Time to buckle down and get the work done. Have to know them front and back. I want to get good grades so I will be proud of myself and my family will be too! It will all be worth it in the end. It's been and will continue to be a challenge and a blessing making the decision to return to school. I'll take a break later to play with the kids and go for a swim! Break time was fun! Got in the pool with the grandbabies. It was brisk but felt good. Ordered some pizza for lunch. The grandbabies are down for a nap and we are back to homework! Survived homework and mid-term studying.
